# Revisão
Caso tenha habilitado a opção **Ativar fluxo de revisão** irá aparecer uma nova aba onde poderá configurar alguns detalhes da revisão do ticket.
Os campos são:
**Tipo de revisão**: Aqui nós vamos configurar quem poderá fazer a revisão dos tickets dessa mesa, se vai ser apenas o solicitante, se vai ser apenas qualquer usuário com permissão, ou se serão ambos que poderão fazer a revisão do ticket. No caso quando falamos de permissão, estamos falando de qualquer usuário que esteja relacionado a um grupo de permissão que tenha a permissão **Revisar tickets fechados** habilitada.
**Tempo limite de revisão**: É a quantidade de tempo que o ticket irá aguardar pela revisão, se não for revisado dentro desse período o sistema irá revisá-lo automaticamente.
Ainda existe a opção de **Permitir reabertura dos tickets depois de revisado** que como o nome sugere irá permitir que os tickets sejam reabertos mesmo após a revisão dos tickets.
