# Status

Você irá definir os status dos tickets desta mesa, já existem 3 status definidos que não podem ser deletados, mas você pode criar novos status. Podes ordenar os status na sequência que quiser, definir qual deles será o status inicial dos tickets abertos e qual será o status de todo ticket que já estiver fechado.

Para criar um novo Status basta clicar em +Status, adicionar um nome para ele e clicar em Salvar.
