# Instalação para o Técnico

Na listagem de recursos, clique no ícone correspondente ao Acesso Remoto P2P do recurso no qual você deseja acessar:

&#x20;Na sequência, será aberta uma nova página, nesta página, clique na opção **"RemoteAccess"** e na sequência no botão de *download* correspondente ao seu sistema operacional (disponível no momento somente para Windows):

Efetuado o download do instalador, basta dar duplo clique com o botão esquerdo do mouse sobre ele para executá-lo. Na tela que será apresentada, basta clicar sobre a opção **“Aceitar e instalar”:**

Realizado o procedimento acima descrito, será apresentada uma nova tela de aviso, nela, basta clicar sobre a opção **“OK”:**
